Really disappointed with my experience. I showed clear reference pictures, but the haircut I got looked nothing like what I asked for. The blending was uneven, and one side was noticeably different from the other. On top of that, it felt rushed, like they just wanted to get me out of the chair. For the price, I expected way more care and attention.

I really wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I came in asking for a chestnut brown hair color, but the result was far from what I expected. After the first session, my hair ended up with two different colors; orange on top and still black on the bottom. I politely explained the issue, and the young lady offered to fix it. Even after two more attempts, the color still didn’t turn out right. I appreciate that they tried to correct it, but after 2 rounds of dye, the result was still uneven and far from what I had asked for. It was really disheartening, especially since I was excited for a fresh new look. They’re lacking to fixing my problem until i got attention to the man- i guess is a Manager ! He came to fixed ! I understand that things can go wrong sometimes, but I do hope the salon takes more care in the future with color corrections and listens closely to what the customer wants.

I wish there were 6 stars to give. They are so kind and sincere. They are so skilled. They are so precise. Never experienced a place this good for a haircut. I love what they did for me. I haven’t been to a hair place since covid and do my own. I can’t wait for my friends to see my new cut tonight. Now I’m going here from now on. 친절하게 감사드립니다

Amazing service! Went here for the first time to get my hair straightened. Was a little nervous at first but the care that went into my hair I knew I’d be back. This will be my go to place for Japanese hair straightening from now on. 3 months in and my hair is still straight and looks good.
