My a/c went out and since the unit was old I needed to replace not only the outside unit, but also the inside unit. I called J and Sons and Juan had someone at my house within an hour. Raul arrived quickly and checked the entire system and gave me honest and detailed information about what my options were. He didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything. I did receive several quotes for the work that needed to be done. However, J and Sons was significantly lower than what the other companies were asking. The guys showed up when they said they would, got the inside and the outside units replaced, cleaned up after themselves and were informative the entire time. It was a great experience in a stressful time. I would highly recommend J and Sons for your heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys were so fast to come repair my Air Conditioning, although they did not do a good job because the air was making a noise because they left some trash in there , they did fix it at the moment just because I told them , also he gets the jobs and sends different people to do the job, also another thing they didn't do is do a good job because the pump flooded all my room and this guy over charged me for the part because he said he had worked a lot and I tried to let him know that was their mistake and had to be repaired and he was being super rude and unprofessional when it came to charge me and just to go to my house they charged me 500 for something that they didn't do right since the beginning and which I had already paid for since the beginning. Never again getting them for any services , overcharging , unprofessional to talk to their clients, and completely rude and not reliable. Also he said he would return me my money " for being a nice person " and when he saw the review I left he got so mad and said you ain't getting nothing back. Super unprofessional, I do not recommend these guys if you're looking for a reliable person.

This company came over when our ac stopped cooling and was able to get it up and running without replacing the evap coil. Thank so much for saving us so much money! Will recommend u to my parents!

This company sent CHILDREN to repair my mom’s AC. They had no clue what they were doing. They kept calling the “big boss” for help. Showed up to the house with shirts off, no company name or information. They were hired by DIVVY homes and did absolutely nothing. I had to show him where the filter was for the system. The other guy just sat on whatever hard surface he could find and text on his phone! Then on the 2nd appt (which we never knew we had one) he tried to show up on a Sunday stating he was on his way. On your way where sir?? We didn’t know you were coming, you have had no communication with my mom or myself. So he comes back yesterday after trying to get out of coming because he was in McKinney, not sure how that made sense, come to the house sir, I took off ALL day and had been waiting since 1pm, it’s now 6pm. When he gets there he still did nothing but scratch their head and guessed. He said he’d report to DIVVY what was needed and required to fix the but NEVER reported anything to them. They haven’t heard from him and his phone goes to voicemail. Long story short, FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX YOUR AC!Services: HVAC system repair
