The super nice lady at the register was so kind and helpful. I needed some new clipper and she helped me pick some out and even unboxed them to test the motors for me. So sweet of her! I'll definitely come back here!!

I never rate beauty supplies for multiple reasons. But I honestly was pleasantly surprised by how polite and helpful the people were at this particular store. Sad that we have to be surprised by customer service lol. But I was. They were pleasant and helpful and seemed to value their customer's business. On top of that they have an awesome selection. Everything I needed as well as a host of stuff I just wanted to try or buy was their. This is my new favorite beauty supply. And even though it is much farther than the one up the street from where I live, I will be coming here for the customer service and the options.
