I have been going to this gym for 2 years now, and in my time here, I’ve learned so much more than just Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve gained discipline, confidence, and mental toughness that carry over into my everyday life. I’m grateful for how much this place has helped me improve not just as a martial artist, but as an individual. So long as you truly want it, you'll get great things here.
Coach Hicks is the best, my son has been there for 2 years now and he has grown a lot . Coach teaches great skills and techniques for boxing. He prepares with discipline and commitment to each student. Staff is great and I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Fantastic coaches that care, I've been here a year now and it's safe to say I am a new person. Not only do they offer everything from boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, etc. but the mentality and discipline they teach here really creeps its way into your everyday life. Beginner to Amateur to Pro whatever your goal they will work with you to get there. Also obviously the physical health benefits are great. Coach Hicks, Gavin, and more are true mentors. Can't thank everyone there enough, including my fellow students :)
