I wanted soft Korean-style layers that would still work with half-up hairstyles, and she understood exactly what I meant. The cut came out soft, airy, and so much easier to style.
I also appreciated how honest and knowledgeable she was about hair health. She even taught me how to properly use my Dyson Airstrait and recommended products for my damaged hair.

First time getting my hair colored here—took my hair from natural dark brown to this light pink. It was a long process (~9 hours), but the team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented the entire time.
You can really tell they care about their craft—the color came out clean and even, and the cut added so much movement to the final look. I never felt rushed, and they paid attention to every step.
I walked out genuinely happy with the result and would absolutely come back again.
