“Always have an absolutely exceptional experience at Serenity! I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school. As I moved out of the area within the past few years, I tried finding a nail salon closer to me that would compare to Serenity, but no one did! I will be making the drive to Serenity from now on. The environment is the most relaxing with soft music and lighting, and the techs don’t make me feel rushed like I do at other places. They spend their time on each part of my manicure and pedicure and check in to make sure I love the color of my nails and that everything is to my liking. Michael always color matches my pedicure polish color to the gel color I pick out for my hands. They did my wedding nails a few years back, and there’s no one I would have trusted more!“

“The lady who did my hair was very sweet. She was able to take me in last minute and took her time making sure I liked my hair. The salon was very clean. Unfortunately they are right next to a bar I think and they had the music very loud so I couldn’t really hear myself think. But that was really the only thing I didn’t care for during my appointment. But that is not on the salon and why I’m still giving 5 stars.“

“When I first went to Gina to get my lashes done, she let me know my lashes were not lashable due to damage from previous extensions. I think that shows a lot of integrity. She really cares about the health of your lashes! After a few weeks I was able to get the extensions, and they turned out great! Very natural and good retention. When I returned for my 2-week fill, she was able to make the changes I requested. Her chair is also super comfortable. As a plus-size person that is super important to me because a lot of lash beds can be uncomfortable. I will definitely be returning ☺“

I was not disappointed. I met a very knowledgeable hair stylist who i was also pleasant, informative, and overall down to earth. She did my hair exactly as I wanted without issue. She constantly requested my feedback, making sure I was satisfied, while teaching me some things about my own hair. She's awesome.“
