Drive Smart Driving School provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Jen delivered outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help my daughter Reema get booked in time so she could receive her license before graduation. That meant a lot to us.
Her professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to make things happen truly stood out. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Drive Smart to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive driving school!
Great service! The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I took my driving test today, and from start to finish the instructor did an amazing job! super kind, patient, and professional. I was a little nervous at first, but he really helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience stress free. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone preparing for their driving test :) !!
Loved Jen so much ! I had issues with the DMV receiving my documents (not an issue on drivesmarts part) and Jen was kind enough to go the extra mile and get in contact with the DMV and other people in order to know the root of the issue. I am working full time, going to college, and just have a lot going on but she lifted a weight off my shoulders with figuring out the issue since it was a headache getting in contact with the DMV. Overall, 10/10 costumer service and will definitely be recommending!
