We had Draper floors rip and replace our floors in the entire house. The process was very easy and professional. The installation team showed up on time everyday. We are ecstatic with our new floors.

Tim treated us like family—I could reach him anytime I had a question, and he was always quick to respond and incredibly patient while we chose our flooring. His employee, Josue, was kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The installer, Juan, was fast, efficient, and left everything spotless. His attention to detail was spot on. I first communicated with Josué in the office. Tim came to do measurements at my house and explained the whole process. Luis and his installers team kept us updated during the entire process. Everyone did an amazing job, and I'm very happy with the final outcome. Great and friendly communication from all. I was honestly dreading this flooring project for years now. We moved to this house 16 years ago and the replacing of carpet was long overdue The flooring guys got it all done in 2 days (3 days was the estimate).
