I honestly don't know how the Tulsa location is still in business. EVERY TIME I get a delivery the order is wrong. EVERY TIME . Call management about it but nothing changes. The only thing you can count on from Binford is them getting your order wrong. The office will tell you nothing but lies . All the way from sales guy Ray Estep all the way to manager Scott. Confront them about their short comings and they will just refer you to Master Halco. This whole location lacks supervision. Whole Tilsa location needs all new personel . This place is an absolute joke. Customer service at this location is simply nonexistent and they simply DO NOT CARE

Been coming to Binford for years. Never experienced customer service on their level anywhere else. From Tom the manager to the foreman, the guys are attentive and always willing to help sort out issues. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
