After finding out, I still owed a fine after thinking it was paid for for four years and being on hold for almost 3 hours with different agencies today Stacy answer the phone right away. Took care of me within 10 minutes and I was done. She was sweet, kind, and non-judgmental. You don’t get that a lot nowadays with people on the other end of the line. Thank you, Stacy.
