Paul is a kind and amazing person. He was willing to go the extra mile to help get some kittens out of a sewage vent. It may not exactly be a plumbing issue, but it shows how kind his heart is.I would definitely use him for any plumbing needs you have!

My daughter had lousy experience with these people who broke her toilet and not to mention got their equipment stuck in the plumbing line and they had the GALL to tell her that she had to CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER TO GET THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT OUT. I called and told them they better get it out before I called the city and filed a complaint and the secretary stated that it happened all the time! I was stunned beyond belief at their unflattering comments of plumbers who had the luck to get equipment stuck- if equipment gets stuck- plumbers do not leave and come back hours later or tell a customer to get another plumber to do it. I strongly suggest you use people that you trust to show up on time and do quality work.

These people are fantastic! I needed my plumbing fixed and they came out the same day to help me get back up and running. Then they scheduled me for future line replacement and came out when it was "not the best weather conditions". Hard working, caring people!!
