Took my car in for a second opinion, and glad I did. Phil and his wife (didn't get her name) immediately stopped with what they were doing to check my car. They found that another shop's expensive and urgent diagnostic was bogus. They quickly found the problem, fixed it in 10 minutes, and showed me exactly what the problem was. Even offered to show me what an actual loose ball-joint looks like. Fantastic and ethical repair shop. Will be taking my business here from now on. Saved me hundreds.

Spoke with the gentlemen over the phone & saved me $$$ He could’ve easily said yes & accepted the drain & fill job I requested but gave me advice and his expertise. Will be coming to him for future business just by his customer service over the phone.
