I made a big mistake and ordered flowers for my wife and accidentally ordered them for the day after my anniversary, and when I called, even at the end of the day, they were able to fix it and get it to my wife last minute. They went above and beyond without hesitation and made it happen. They saved my butt! This is why I do not order from big-name places and flower shops that charge more. I love buying locally because they care and not to mention the flowers were stunning and my wife loved the flowers, bear, and the chocolates that came! Best flower shop I have ever shopped at. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about plants. I totally recommend this great shop. Very prompt flower delivery as well! Quaint gift shop!

I've traded at HR's through three owners and Glenda continues to go the extra mile as is the legacy of the shop. Her designs are top notch and her service can't be beat!
