We ordered a funeral service spray for our friend’s father that passed and we spent $300 on the arrangement. We asked if we could have a photo of the arrangement to show the folks that contributed what the arrangement looked like, and we were met with a rude response that ‘they don’t do that.’ Sure, if that’s your policy, then we understand, but the way the response came across could’ve been nicer.
Customer service is important if you’re trying to keep new customers. We will purchase from another florist next time.

This isn’t my first time ordering from this flower shop. I made a big mistake and ordered flowers for my wife and accidentally ordered them for the day after my anniversary, and when I called, even at the end of the day, they were able to fix it and get it to my wife last minute. They went above and beyond without hesitation and made it happen. They saved my butt! This is why I do not order from big-name places and flower shops that charge more. I love buying locally because they care and not to mention the flowers were stunning and my wife loved the flowers, bear, and the chocolates that came! Honestly, I would give them 100 stars if I could. Every time we get an order from them, the flowers, gifts, and delivery are top-notch. They have made every special moment in life a little sweeter due to their service and fantastic flowers!

I am very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I ordered the Make a Wish deluxe size thinking I would get close to the amount of flowers that was pictured. It was not even close. We called and were told we got what we ordered and it is the cheaper bouquet so there are not as many flowers. I understand I did not buy the most expensive arrangement but it was the one I thought was the best for who I sent it too.

I received an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement that was designed by H.R. Flowers & Gifts! The flower arrangement was proudly made to represent Independence Day, red, white & blue flowers. So festive! I have received several flower bouquets from H.R. Flowers and they have always been stunning & last for a long time. Highly recommend Glenda and her team to brighten all of your occasions!

A dear friend passed away recently and I needed to send flowers but something different...maybe with a keepsake for his wife. I asked Glenda to design the arrangement. The result was breathtaking and the keepsake was a beautiful wooden cross in the center of the arrangement. The flowers held up during the visitation, church ceremony and days after the funeral. The wife absolutely was grateful for the keepsake . If you want to express sympathy and condolences for a loved one ask Glenda at HR flowers and Gifts.
