Needing to replace an aging HVAC system, I solicited 3 bids...one of them being from Grizzle. Grizzle rep, Ian Ansett, came out and inspected my current system, measured to make sure he quoted the proper size unit and gave me a quote which was extremely competitive with the other competitors. Ian answered all my questions and explained to me his recommendation of which unit to install. Gerry, call before arriving and did arrive on time. He was very polite and pleasantHe was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was trouble shooting making sure that things were working properly. He is a great asset to your business.
Gerry was fantastic! He knew was was wrong with my system right away, was at my house within an hour to fix it, ordered my parts super quickly and did the install in rapid time! It’s plenty warm and toasty in my house, plus he taught us all about our system and how it’s supposed to work regarding the heat pump and heat strips! I am beyond thankful for his fast and friendly service!
