Very clean. Always doable yoga for my abilities. Dana has lots of training and experience. She can help you do a pose in the safest way if you have a hard time. She is always encouraging.

I was able to attend a day retreat in Palo Duro Canyon. It was so good. Not only was it much needed, it was such a wonderful experience. The focus was on God and our connection to Him. I will for sure start engaging more with Crossties.

I went first to crossties for the intro to yoga course. I loved it and now attend regular classes. I get a lot of tension in my back and shoulders from bad posture and stress and I haven’t had many knots at all since starting yoga! This place is so nice and peaceful and the people are so kind and friendly. The Zumba classes are so fun also.
