What a great place to get a haircut!! The owner is so friendly!! Who guarantees your haircut??? Total Image does. If you don’t like it, you have 1 week to go back and she’ll fix it. Seriously!!! So with that being said, they do it right the first time. I took my Mom and I both there for the first time and we both will be back!! All I can say is we LOVE Total Image!!!

Absolutely, the best ever! This is from a women who uses box cheap color! For years now and now that My gray is not what I can deal with anymore with a box! My hair was hideous! Shari ( sorry if I spelled Shari wrong) she fixed me not only did she fix me but she was so professional and so friendly! And didn’t judge me that I have been using color in a box, she just fixed it! Very impressed with my hair color and how long the style lasted. I received so many compliments on my hair it was such a nice feeling! Awesome welcoming experience. I will definitely go back to Sherie for her expertise and matching my previous color and resistant gray and not over charging to where I am unable to afford the self caring professional experience.Best regards, Carolyn U.
