We completely trust Alternative Pest Control for honest, professional, and friendly service. In the hill country, we get a lot of scorpions, ants, and other pests. But, the pests are under control thanks to the very capable service and expertise that Kyle provides, along with a friendly, caring attitude!!
Very happy with this company. Kyle does a great job. We can always count. Kristen is prompt about calling to arrange an appointment and giving reminders. Very friendly and Great service! I highly recommend it.
This company is the prime example of a small company run at maximum efficiency, trust and productivity. They are quick to schedule and work around you. They remember you if you have not contacted them in a while and they don't try to upsell you services that are not necessary. They take the time to talk to you and educate you about the issue you are having and the service you are receiving as well as recommending removing plants or trash trees that are against your house to help prevent lanes of access to unwanted bugs. I recommend this company to anyone for spot treatment or regular scheduled treatments.
