Gavin Munoz should make Roto - Rooter proud.! Amazing experience with Gavin, he was professional, courteous and took time to explain what was needed. He worked quickly and very clean. We are impressed and we are happy to say we have a professional company we can call and recommend. Thank you Gavin!!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. Hector and Gavin were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the installation of my new tankless water heater. Their workmanship was top-notch, the work area was left spotless, and they took the time to walk me through every detail to ensure I was comfortable with the new system.
What is typically a stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience thanks to their expertise and customer service. If you’re considering Roto-Rooter in El Paso, I highly recommend requesting Hector and Gavin—you’ll be in excellent hands.
