Yama Yoga is truly such a special space. Every instructor I’ve encountered there has been excellent. I recently attended Jennifer’s beginner yoga class and it was such a grounding experience. She is gentle, kindhearted, and the spirit and flow of her class felt incredibly calming and welcoming. I had a great time and will definitely be returning.

The teacher was so amazing....Explaining the poses for beginners to intermediates to pros.... and teaching about the mind & body connection and the benefits..... She also instructed the form of breathing to use.... thank you 😊 so much offering th stretch class..... 💖 It was just what I needed .....
