I love going here and having Mary cut my hair. She is a very good hair stylist. Does exactly what I ask for.

I don't know why this salon has 1 star. I have been in there several times with my children. They always greet us, ask what we would like and tell me how long of a wait. One time I got there right when they were closing and they stayed and cut my daughters hair with no problem. They are really good at what they do and I am very pleased every time we go there.

i am a National Guard member, I was activated for the disaster relief and with military standard I am required to get a hair cut to look the part of a soldier. Needless to say I walk in at 3:30PM today and sit down for one second, the lady was giving a hair cut and had one person waiting, she peeks around the wall and says "I'm sorry I'm the only person here today" practically telling me that she couldn't give me a hair cut. I say "okay" get up and walk out. She didn't ask me what I needed, she didn't say do you mind waiting or anything. This is just horrible customer service and I can see why this salon is rated one star.
