I've gone to Acute Plumbing Care for YEARS now. When I moved to Greenville in 2020, I contacted a couple different plumbers as issues came up (my house was built in 1960 and needed updates).
After finding Acute, I never went to anyone else. This family-owned and operated business has always been transparent and very kind during all services provided. When I was held for medical issues after deployment and couldn't get to my property very often, the Acute team still sent occasional texts to check in and make sure I was alright. Acute Plumbing is the best there is! They were able to come out and service what I needed within a couple hours after calling them. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and personable; I didn’t get the name of the other plumber, but they both did an exceptional job! They pointed things out to me that I was unaware of, walked me through the next steps re: our septic system, gave great advice & affordable product suggestions. They didn’t leave until everything was taken care of. I’ll be using them as our official pluming service from now on.

Acute Plumbing Care is always professional, friendly and willing to explain the issue and pricing upfront. They have done toilet repair to fixing pipes under the foundation for us in 2 homes and I highly recommend them!
