Pair Plumbing and Septic Services is a second generation family owned and run business founded in 1989. Bill and Diane Pair own and operate this company with a large arsenal of equipment to complete any job from the simple stoppage to the most difficult installation. After a less-than-great experience with another company, it was incredibly refreshing to get ahold of Diane and Bill. From the very first conversation, the difference was obvious. They were honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question. Their communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. The entire team was professional, respectful, and did quality work. They left everything looking great when the job was finished. They were out super fast and Bill was nothing but professional. He came out on Thanksgiving Day to make sure a family was taken care of. He was polite, professional, and completely dedicated to resolving the issue. They installed a septic system and water system, were responsive and courteous, communicated well and often, and completed the work in a timely manner despite heavy rain. They were also attentive to keeping the working and transit areas clean. They make sure all is correct when repaired and double check behind themselves. No complaints. Definitely recommend.
