My builder and I had the pleasure of hiring Brandon for three inspections during the construction of our new home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his work.
During the pre-pour inspection, Brandon offered invaluable insights that significantly improved our plumbing layout, helping to prevent potential issues in the future. Our builder appreciated his recommendations, which were subsequently implemented — a decision that we also greatly valued.
For the pre-sheetrock inspection, Brandon was once again impressive, providing thoughtful suggestions and practical adjustments that enhanced the overall quality of our home.
Brandon was not able to do a structural inspection for my home but he went above and beyond to give me referrals of people that he trusted and people that could help me. A true sign of a good businessman. He didn’t have to do any of that and he didn’t make a dollar off of me. I will definitely be doing business with Brandon in the future

We contracted on an older Horseshoe Bay townhouse over-looking the golf course, and we called Willis-Smith Inspections. Brandon made it easy to set up the inspection from the get-go. We arranged to meet when he would be finished or nearly-finished with his inspection. He is personable, professional, efficient and thorough. When we arrived, he pointed out the things he had addressed on his report with solutions to any problems, and he offered ideas on a couple of safety features we might want to add (i.e. steps to ground-level from the back deck, replacement of a lock on an exit door with an easy-to-operate one).
