Friendly staff and efficient. Love their electronic system to remind you of all future appointments. Dr Smetanick is very thorough and gives simple explanations. I particularly like the fact the wait times are extremely short. No one likes waiting in a lobby and then in the exam room.
Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. I recently had an appointment at this location and I was not disappointed. Clinic is very well set up and the provider was very informative and thorough with patient care. CAREY was my nurse that day, she was so great. She has great bedside manner and was wonderful to talk to. She did an amazing job numbing me up for my procedure and prepping the area. All around great experience here. I’m normally pretty nervous in doctor’s offices but this one wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend.
The office was bright and clean, very welcoming. The office staff was friendly and polite. I was impressed with the doctor and already scheduled my next appointment. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the wait.
