Our hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday morning. Called around and found Fausco Plumbing. A great price was quoted and they arrived by noon as promised. Within two hours a very professional installation of a new heater and all of its accessories was completed. I always prefer working with an independent as opposed to a big company and Fausco Plumbing was great. I will always use and recommend them in the future.

I called Fausco to help my grandmother with her backed up kitchen drain on her house built in the 70s out in Burnet. The folks from Fausco were just what we were looking for. They were polite, respectful and professional all the way.
I know that the job was difficult, but they were patient and worked diligently. I was given great advice to improve our chances of success on the second attempt, and we ultimately got it fixed on the second visit after following their advice to give them better access to the drain.

Our hot water was not working & we had family in from Florida. We called this morning & Glenn & Jill came out within a few hours. We were so grateful that it was only a breaker & we have hot water again. I would give them more stars if I could.Very satisfied customer
