The absolute worst service we've received by anyone in regards to home repair. I used my home warranty with American Home Shield because our shower had a steady leak. Keith came out for 10 minutes and said he would be back the next day to repair it. After waiting all day the next day and not hearing from him I finally called and she said he wouldn't be out today because he was at another job and he had to "order the part" for our shower. Another 3-4 days go by and crickets. I had to call several times to get anything from them yet every time they said the same thing - we had to order a part. They never called back when they said they would. Then the excuse turned into them having trouble finding the part. Finally after almost a month of trying to escalate with AHS, Keith finally came back with the part and proceeded to tell my husband "The part was in Cedar Park this whole time but Im just never out that way. I was out there today for something and decided to pick it up." So he lied to us for weeks. When my husband said I hope our water bill isn't $500, Keith laughed and said Yep, but it probably will be. So not only did they lie to us, he legitimately didn't give a crap. And on top of everything else, he installed the valve wrong when he fixed it. Our water bill ended up doubling due to his laziness. What an absolute joke of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. I also dropped AHS for not escalating the issue after they had not come out for weeks. They kept saying "it's noted that they are waiting on the ordered part." If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.

Our water heater went out. Keith at Country Boys Plumbing is fantastic. They work hard and keep in communication with you. We couldn't be more pleased. I'd refer them to anyone and everyone. Exceptional service provided.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Got assigned them through American Home Shield. He showed up 1.5 hours late then informed me I needed a new subfloor to fix the leaking toilet. Also told me he went under my house. I contacted an experienced contractor the next day who arrived on time, who went under the house and said the subfloor was fine, I even saw it for myself. Wood was brand new. That same contractor came out a week later and installed new ring and all is good. Said the old ring was not installed correctly. I don't believe "Country Boy" ever went under my house as the opening I installed the brinks myself and they were exactly, w/o an inch to spare, the way I laid them. I hate to give 1 star, I prefer a -5 stars. On top of it, they have taken over a month to get the review to AHS, so AHS could get me another company out to repair. Read other reviews on BBB and Angi that don't paint a pretty picture of "Country Boy" more like NOT A GOOD OLE "Country Boy"!

Keith replaced a water heater for us. He was here when scheduled, completed the repair quickly and was finished as quickly as could be expected. There was some additional work to bring us up to code. This is a good plumber that did all repairs in a very professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend him to others. The only drawback to this plumber is he is a one man show that has too much work. We care for my mother in law that is on hospice and he squeezed us in to his busy schedule.i will not hesitate to hire him again for any of our plumbing needs. If you are looking for a good plumber this is worth considering.

We are moving north and need to let our Austin and Central TX Hill Country neighbors know that Country Boys Plumbing is the best value and experience for customer service, within 100 miles. Keith saved our bacon again, after our failed effort to switch out an old shower cartridge, the day before our buyer's inspection. Two days later (and without water) we contacted Keith, who made room in his busy schedule, that same day. He is a Master tradesman, and his prices are so reasonable. Shawn, in the office, providers expert and knowledgeable customer service, and the Country Boys team is a pleasure to work with. There is just no beating Country Boys for value, knowledge and expertise, integrity, punctuality and professionalism. This was our third call to Country Boys Plumbing in three years, and they have been consistent and exceeded expectations, every time. We wish we could take them with us!

Despite the negative reviews, note that the owner/operator of this company is true to his namesake. Just a good 'ol country boy making a living just like everyone else.If you have never had a scheduling conflict or error come up a service, consider yourself blessed.Life happens, things happen, but all in all I trust that you can meet all of your plumbing needs with Country Boy Plumbing and all of their staff.
