At first, we didn’t have the best experience with my daughter’s haircut with Paris, but Lacci went above and beyond to make it right. She offered to have my daughter come back in at no additional charge, and she did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what my daughter wanted and left her hair just the way she had originally asked for. My daughter left happy and loving her haircut, and that means so much to me as a mom.
