Salter Exteriors was referred to me by my neighbor. The owner Aaron introduced himself to me and we reviewed all of the damage to my home due to a hail storm. He was extremely professional. He took the time to help report all damages to my insurance adjuster over the phone and when the adjuster stated that they need to do a field inspection, Aaron came back that day to walk with the adjuster to show him all the damages again and explain why certain items needed repairing or replacing. Salter Exterior replace my roof from hail damage on August 24, 2022. I had two insurance adjustors that had to come out. Each time Aaron came out walk the roof and explained the process of what the adjustors are saying and what my next steps are from a contractor and insurance side. Every time I reach out to Aaron he responded in a timely manner and was very patient. I would use the company again.Services: Gutter installation
