The people that cleaned my teeth are totally fine. My problem is with the receptionists calling me multiple times to change my appointment. I told them previously to make a note under my name that I will not be changing appointments ever so to stop calling to change because of my schedule. Just yesterday, I even talked to them on the phone about it & the following day they called twice and still asked if I could change my appointment to two separate times. I decided to go in one last time and as I was leaving, two receptionist were calling people to change appointments. I will not be returning.

I called almost in tears from pain I was having and they were able to squeeze me in even though my normal provider was out. They genuinely care about your concerns and take the time to explain everything. I am very grateful for the entire team.

I have recently finished having 4 crowns put on and each time Dr. Stone and his staff were so great! They are kind, patient and professional, always asking how I am doing during the procedure. Dr. Stone is not only great at what he does but he is funny and personable. The ladies at the front desk are also so friendly and helpful. I recommend Renfro Family Dental without reservation!

Dr. Stone gave me kind and excellent treatment!! He’s great 😊 Dr. Stone took great care of me on the holiday weekend and personally called me. Unbelievable care!! Again, a great experience today!!
