I haven't gone tanning in about 10 years. However, I needed to get some good color with no lines for a beach wedding in 1 month. I decided to go to Palm Beach Tan. I was kindly welcomed in right away. After answering a few questions she gave her recommendations and I bought my 1 month membership.She walked me into the room and showed me how to use the bed, she was very thorough.everything was very clean, organized and it seemed like everyone got along that was working there.Ive been there for 3 visits so far and every time Im quickly greeted, no wait (I tan weekdays early to mid afternoon), always clean and they always say have a good day when leaving. Returning customer to Palm beach in Burleson. I had signed up for the other place in Burleson and canceled my membership due to poor Customer service. So glad I did I have experienced nothing but professionalism and great customer service. I don't like tanning too many times a week sometimes once is enough. We all have our preferences. I have not been under any pressure to upgrade or to spray tan nothing like that. I know what I need and that's what I purchased and I am totally happy. The ladies are always friendly which is important to me. I won't be canceling again.. The other place should make a visit to Palm beach in Burleson and see how it's done!

I am a returning member to palm beach tan. I was a member for many years till I moved and there wasn't one close. Now there is a wonderful palm beach in Burleson near me. And there is another one near my school that I teach at. Becoming a member again was a breeze--. And this while wearing masks due to social distancing! The ladies there are super sweet and helpful! I'm so glad to join again and have exceptional resources for a perfect tan.
