I would give this business five stars except for the location because you have to carry your clothing up and down stairs and the older woman almost always seemed irritated that she has to leave whatever she is doing on the computer to take care of you. I have been very friendly to her but it doesn't matter. Pehaps she is conducting business on the computer, maybe she has unseen health issue but a little smile goes a long way in keeping customers.

The old heavy set lady behind the counter is rude and crude. If you ask her anything she will snap at you. I tried to turn the other cheeck but someone like that needs to get out of customer service. I really wanted to bring my things here .
I will not come back unless they change.

I went bright and early this morning. I had called the day before to check prices. I didn't think $14.99 for a jacket cleaning was too bad. They said they would have it back in 2 days. I didn't think that was too bad either, especially since I'm not in a hurry. I guess we'll see how thorough they were in a couple of days.
