I went in the Burleson location for guitar picks and a tuner. I mentioned plans for a guitar build and Collin Wassell took the time to hear the tone I'm hoping for on this build, and suggested the perfect pickups that I didn't even know existed! He also explained the pros and cons of the pickups/wiring I was planning to try, and how they may not get the tone I described. I'm 100% taking his advice.I've also been contemplating a cello purchase this year. Even knowing I couldn't buy one that day, he still went out of his way to explain a LOT about the violins and Cellos. Bought my son’s clarinet in July. Great quality, affordable and several options to choose from. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No aggressive sales tactics or pressure to buy. Also, had the reeds in stock.
