Reading some of these post I had reservations about a cap and filling being done but let me tell you, walking in and meeting Shannon already started the stress to lift. She was very professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant. The Dentist and her assistant were letting me know everything that was being done and wanted to be certain I was comfortable and pain free. I was pleased from beginning to end the care as well as the excellent results I received. Great place for your Dental needs.
The doctor that I saw today was not who I saw on the initial visit. He was not careful, very sloppy and rough. They kept spraying water on my face, hairline and down my neck.
I will not be seen by him again.
My son had the same experience in the suite right next to mine.
The doctor kept leaving me to see other patients. It was very annoying. Our appointment was at 2:00, and I didn’t see the doctor until 3:20!!!
We took a chance coming to Mint based on the advertisement and convenient location. The first visit was not like this.
He needs a big refresher in bedside manner and attention to details in his work!
I have been under the care of the Burleson location of MINT Dentistry since 2022. I have always had an amazing experience from the friendly front end staff all the way to the thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind professionals that run the back. Today was the most AMAZING experience I have had during a cleaning EVER in all of my life. If you get a chance, go by and see Taylor for your cleaning…just leave a spot for me every six months or so!!!!
