Our AC was not working properly, the temperature kept increasing in our home to above 80 degrees. Keith quickly came out, checked our system and found a problem. We needed to replace a part and Keith looked up the previous owners to see if it was still under warranty for us. There was still some issues and Keith walked us through each step, explaining everything thoroughly & even taking pictures. However, after he fixed what he thought was the problem, our temperature kept rising in our home. My AC was dead 100 out side!
The original contractor quoted me $ 15,000.
They didn’t even try to clean compressor or add Freon. Inside condensation tube plugged did not blow it out. Just I need a new AC. We decided to get second opinion. Teresa Adams told me about Keith McClain. I called and he came out. He serviced outside unit and side and will be back to check for leaks and it didn’t cost $15,000!!!!
