Had a walk in appointment and my wait time was minimal. The staff was incredibly pleasant and extremely helpful. They were courteous and polite. Answered all my questions and didn’t rush my appointment. Dr. Schaale was extremely thorough and very pleasant and personable. I had her undivided attention the entire time. She even indulged me and went back over my retina scan and explained everything completely. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!!!
Amazing service! I was trimming trees and got a piece of wood in my eyes. I waked into this office 30 minutes after that happened and they got me right back and got the piece out of my eye. Instant relief. They are professional, caring and I highly recommend!
The front desk staff are super personable and explain everything. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The doctors listen to all concerns and will explain everything as they go. I definitely recommend!
