This past week was my first visit to this facility. Hailey was great from start to finish. Since my two younger children were present with me, she was kind enough to provide them with crayons and color sheets (really helped). Due to me accidentally scheduling my older daughter on a different day, she was able to fit her in the same day as me. The doctor was friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. I will certainly return to this office.
From the moment I walked in the front door the to the moment I left, it was a FANTASTIC experience. The front desk was so kind, bubbly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lindsey Shawley was THE BEST I've ever seen. You can tell she absolutely loves her job, loves helping people, and is on top of her education. She's extremely thorough, makes you comfortable, and answers all your questions without rushing you. HIGHLY, VERY HIGHLY, recommend. What a wonderful team and excellent experience!!
I was a little hesitant to go here knowing it’s a chain . But I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff are super nice and helpful. I really liked the optometrist. She answered every question I had with a smile and seemed happy to explain the process. I would go here again.
