Exceptional service! This was my first visit. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They had to wait longer for me to finish my paperwork than I had to wait on them & that didn't take long at all. They even made a same day appointment for my Mom. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Overall, I like Master Eye Associates. My family are repeat customers. This last visit it was my husband, daughter and myself. We found they had a new policy that you have to pay $15 per person for your appointment. So that was $45 just for an appointment. Now it is applied to your charges, but never in my life have I had to pay for an appointment to hold my spot! It was just unreal. My husband was upset enough that he almost canceled every appointment.

Everyone was super nice. Don't remember Dr's name but she was very thorough. Even went over my images I had done. Visionworks is next door..where u get your frames. Jack was excellent! Very easy to talk to and made sure to let me know he would be right with me. Great customer service highly highly recommend. Only downfall was the cost of everything he said would benefit my vision. But he didn't pressure. He is willing to work with you to get you the best glasses for you!Great job Visionworks. Jack is a gem be sure to keep him there. ?
