I had a frustrating experience at My Eye Doctor's Office in BURLESON. The salesperson assisting me did not properly explain my benefits and seemed more focused on upselling products I had no interest in rather than helping me make the most of my coverage.

I have been wearing glasses since I was six years old and know exactly what I want. I had already chosen a pair of frames but mentioned that I could find similar ones online for a lower price. Instead of assisting me in maximizing my benefits, the salesperson dismissed my concerns and told me I could just pay $10 for the eye exam and buy my glasses online.

Trash. Call them, try and get someone on the phone. You can’t. They aren’t the type of business that appreciates their customers. They don’t care that you need to call. If you want them, they will send you links and texts. It’s their way or you can go **** yourself.

We were never called when the glasses came I. We had to call you. A $200.00 pair of glasses turned into $300.00. Don't go to this place they're a pain in the ass also every employee seemed to be in a mood except one.
