Great service and an eye for detail.

I had a piece of rust get in my eye that a rinse wouldn't remove. I am not a patient here, but they got me in that morning and removed the piece of rust. Dr Dejernett was very gentle and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. The staff was great as well. I highly recommend this office.

Best eye care I have ever found!

I recently contacted Great Eye Doctor in Burleson, Texas, to schedule an eye exam, and my experience was disappointing. I spoke with someone named Erica, who asked for detailed information about my medical group number and insurance details but didn’t seem concerned about my vision plan. After providing all this information, I was told they were booked until the second week of February.

The process felt unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. It’s unclear why so much personal information was needed upfront when they couldn’t schedule an appointment anytime soon. A little more transparency about their availability before gathering that information would have been appreciated. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.
