From day one, he has gone above and beyond. The very first time I came in, Firestone was closing in about 20 minutes, and he still made sure I was able to get my oil changed. That level of customer service meant so much to me and made a lasting impression.
Since then, every time I visit, Romel greets me with a smile and treats every customer with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Stranded out of town with a bad differential and I called several shops everybody pushed me off to the side with it being a Friday except for these guys. It helped me get my truck here calmed me down and got me some water for my dog. They looked at my truck and spent about 35 to 45 minutes diagnosing the bad differential. Then they helped me contact the dealership so that I can get a timely repair done and we're just the most gracious and courteous people I've dealt with in a long time. I really wish I could have had the repairs done with these guys but the parts were just too far away and I'm from out of town.
