I contacted WellMed today because I need to see either Dr. Wix or Courtney. I have been receiving blood pressure medication for quite some time now without any follow up appointments, and I also have a couple of other health concerns that I need to be seen for. I was told there is no availability until January, which I find absolutely ridiculous. How can you continue prescribing someone blood pressure medication for months without even seeing them or checking to make sure the medication is still appropriate and everything is okay?

After hearing good things, I decided to give it a try. I’m searching for a new primary physician. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it past a very rude, office staff individual. Just on the phone! I was floored by such a sense of total judgment and intimidation. For no reason…
This person has no business working in anything remotely connected to the medical field. Actual people that’s is…much less sick ones. Im suggesting a rude bill collector would be a better fit for her…🙄✌️
