I absolutely LOVE Polished Nails. The owner is so kind and her work is stunning. Plus her prices are actually realistic! Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Very good atmosphere, the staff were friendly and made you feel as though they've known you a long time even though you just met. The prices were very affordable and the work the was wonderful. They have lasted a long time.

Had my nails and my Granddaughtei's filled and they looked terrible after acouple of days and won't go back for the price they charged for both of us.Service: Acrylic nails

I went here yesterday. My first impression was to walk out. The salon is in poor condition, dirty pedicure chairs, dust all over, completely unorganized. But I was told to give them a chance by a friend. There were two employees that I saw, a man and woman. Woman was working on a senior woman and honestly I thought she was really rude to this sweet old lady. The guy did my nails. Didn't speak to me whatsoever, except to ask how long. He only did one layer of dip powder which concerns me because other people have complained of their nails coming off in a week. That's probably why. He was very quick, I was there maybe 25 mins total. It was cheap. Only $45 for a full set and eyebrow wax.If my nails last I will change my review and return. I just don't recommend pedicures there. The chairs were disgusting.Services: Acrylic nails

I call to make an appointment and never only wait a few minutes until she finishes the person before me. I don’t mind the wait because she puts me in a massage chair and soaks my feet in warm water. I especially like Helen because she talks to me about family and friends and remembers everything that is going on in my life. Plus, we are a small town and I try to support local businesses.Service: Pedicure

Poor customer service and rude attitudes from the two people there. Take your time and drive into WF to get your nails done. I've visited this salon a couple of times and I will not go back. The last time I went the man that was working threw a fit when I tried letting him know what I wanted. He said it wasn't possible to do what I wanted, I thought that was odd since I'd done it numerous times before. He literally pushed away from the table and threw things down. Said something "not in English" and took off. A lady came out and took over but she also had an attitude. Just drive the 15-30 minutes into WF and go somewhere else. Only giving a star because it won't let me post without a star.
