Hayley has absolutely loved powerlifting with Lorenzo. He is extremely patient and gives direction that builds her confidence. Hayley had struggled finding what she would be truly good at while having a passion for it and found it with LB Strength & fitness.

Due to complications in my pregnancy I didn’t get to train more than a few weeks, but it was some of best training I have had!! I can’t wait to have this baby and get back to it!!! Lorenzo is very knowledgeable in weight lifting and willing to help you reach whatever goal you want to set for yourself. He is patient with beginners (although I was an athlete my whole life, I didn’t know much about weights and proper form/technique) so don’t be shy to take the leap and join his program. I highly recommend and again, I can’t wait to go back!!!
