As sweet as any Florists I've ever met! I got 1+1/2 doz. long-stem reds & I've never been happier with a bouquet! I don't dare tell you what Patricia charged me, she'd go bankrupt trying to keep that up. She's been closed for medical leave so the selection was light, there were boxes of flowers which had just come in so I'm sure that's improved. Best value for the biggest bouquet I've ever given anyone. Someone shall be floored! ( :

10/10 for quality & 10/10 for customer service!!!Not only did she make a beautiful homecoming mum for my daughter with days notice but she also went out of her way to deliver it when I had an emergency come up.

Used the website to order flowers yesterday to be delivered today. Found out that payment was refunded. Called the florist this morning to see why since hadn’t received any notification from the florist that there was a problem with the order. I was told that they didn’t have the flowers or the colors. Even though I chose an arrangement from their website. No apologies or offer to provide another arrangement. Instead I was told I could go to their website and place another order. I have spent the last 40 years working in a customer service oriented field. My experience with this florist is truly disappointing. I don’t think they know what customer service really means.

Ordered flowers for a funeral and they cancelled because didn’t have the flowers in stock??? I wasn’t even notified. I could have been notified and substituted something else!! Obviously they didn’t need a sale!! I will never use again!!???

I bought a boutonniere for prom. One tiny single rose and a piece of ribbon. I understand that the cost of things have gone up, but $15 is a bit much. I could have bought a bouquet and made several out of it for that price. At least add some baby's breath to it. Customer service needs a little help. Rude. A few other mothers ordered from there as well and got the same treatment. Definitely will not use them again and will not recommend.
