I do not recommend Gayle Pugh’s office if your insurance requires a referral to see a specialist, especially if the situation is urgent or time-sensitive.

In my experience, this office failed to handle a serious referral appropriately. I suffered a SEVERE injury that ultimately involved prolonged nerve damage, which was amplified by the lack of proper treatment due to their failure to process the specialist referral in a timely manner. The delay significantly impacted my ability to receive the care I needed from a specialist when I needed it.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any Dr. Office. Came across Buna Medical Clinic and read mostly good reviews and they accepted my insurance. They’re also super close to home so that was a plus. Me and my family moved back here from out of state and needed a good Dr. Should have known when we were sitting in the office filling out paper work and a customer came flying out from the back just a cussing up a storm that we should have walked right out with her. First, when the short hair women came in and sat down and was talking to my husband and I, she asked if we were both diabetic. Buna medical is the best and only that I know of doctor's office that's within the city limits of Buna TX very good office that does referrals and treats common illnesses with prescriptions locally Monday through Friday
