I needed to schedule an inspection in a short turnaround time as I'd just put an offer on a house and the seller accepted the same day. Early the following morning, I called the number on the site, and a woman helped get me set up with a time for the next afternoon. There were some details we needed to sort out so I received a text about 3 hours later to confirm the timing. Once that was done, I received an email to go over the pre-inspection agreement and then make my payment.
