7pm in the evening and it's CAPPS for the win! Kitchen sink stopped up and holding water. Dispatch was a breeze, the young lady was great. Took my information and said they would have a technician out around 7pm. ?Art showed up to the rescue. Gathered his tools in one trip and went to work. 15 minutes later the job was done. C.A.P.P.S. did a FANTASTIC job repairing my water heater! After trying 3 other companies over a month's time, one wouldn't respond to voicemail left, one made an appointment and then didn't show and the third tried to up-sell me and wanted to charge over 3X what C.A.P.P.S. charged, I called and they responded within 24 hours of the original call!
