I have been so impressed with everyone at the clinic but I want to make a comment on the front desk about Vanessa. She is the face of the clinic and what an amazing job she does. When one sees that polite, smiling, sweet and inviting smile the first thing that comes to mind is “this is the right place for me to be for my dental care.”
Exceptional customer service and quality care. The dental experience (reception, radiographs, treatment, and cleaning) far exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Dr. Majdalani for establishing such a warm and highly competent dental clinic.
They are very friendly, and were very quick to get me in! Dr. And his assistant keep checking on me during my Dental procedure and guiding me through the steps so I knew what to expect next. Made the process so much more comfortable for someone like me with anxiety. Truly appreciate Dr. M and staff! You can tell they care about their patients and their smiles!
