“By far the best experience we have had on a construction project! They partnered well with Palmetto Interiors in executing our dream remodel, we couldn't be happier with the results.
Highly professional, good communication, and accountable for any errors (no project is perfect), everyone we worked with was amazing and provided excellent high quality work. Highly recommend!”
“We are so fortunate to have found John Rodriguez of Rodriguez Remodeling for our home project. I had my own hand-drawn plans for replacing our open-air patio with a screened-in porch at the back of our house. This would require major modifications to our house including replacing our entire living room wall (and fireplace) with a window wall, and adding onto the roof of our house for the new porch. I was apprehensive about keeping the structure and integrity of the building, so for months and months I researched contractors' capabilities and reviews and talked to a couple of people about what I wanted. We finally got formal bids from three contractors and in our first visit with John, I knew he was a perfectionist and just as picky about details as I am. Most importantly, he knew exactly what I wanted and had great ideas for how it could be accomplished. I can't say enough good things about John and all his crews; things were done right and they really knew what they were doing, whether it was for framing, roofing, concrete, painting, drywall, tile or wood flooring. We are so happy about how the project turned out and we would positively use John's services in the future.”
“We hired Pro Tech Construction Inc for a small home project we had been putting off. John came by within a few days, looked everything over, and gave a clear plan without overcomplicating things. The work was finished on time, and they cleaned up before leaving. It felt like a much smoother experience than another contractor we had tried.”
