Subscribed in the past when Julia was in the office. A few months later she quit. Since then, didn’t get help when was struggling with a severe sinus infection during Thanksgiving break. The whole selling point that they will help me when I need it most and will be better than urgent care didn’t work for me.

Dr. Porter is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and practical. I love the fact that direct primary care is available in Hays County. The staff are generally available and helpful, but phone and text communication could be improved. The phone tree needs to be updated, and I can’t always tell who I’m texting with. Email and the patient portal are alright, but not as responsive.

Overall, I like having a Primary Care Physician that is not a part of a huge medical system, and I hope this practice continues to serve our family well.
